**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Utilize QA/QC methodologies to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, performance, and reliability.
- Operate precision measuring tools, including calipers, to verify product specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality management practices that enhance overall product quality.
- Document findings and prepare reports on quality metrics for management review.
- Assist in the development and execution of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and improving processes.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA) techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with data collection and analysis related to product quality metrics.
- Familiarity with fabrication processes and their impact on product quality.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings clearly.
