**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Clean and detail pools before they leave our yard or after they have arrived
- Build and install beams in pools
- Fix and detail any scratches, scuffs or blemishes
- Assist with loading and unloading fiberglass pools
- Follow required documentation and protocol for receiving and releasing pools from yard
- Assemble accessory boxes as required
- Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of departmental procedures
- Cut and install hardware as required
- Organize and count inventory
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment;
- Continually review and assess manufacturing processes and make recommendations on possible improvements.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- 0-2 years of yard, inventory or stock experience
- 3-6 months of experience with the use of hand tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one’s hands
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-12 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
