- This role supports efforts to enhance the health, welfare, and management of all horses, but particularly those used in the collection of pregnant mares’ urine (PMU). Estrogens extracted from PMU are used in the production of the unique menopausal hormone therapy, Premarin, a very important product used by many women worldwide._
- Pfizer has a long-standing commitment to equine stewardship, and equine ranching is one of the most regulated and closely inspected horse-related activities in the world. If you are passionate about horses and would like to see what it’s like to intersect agriculture, pharma, and research, then this could be a great fit for you._
