**Job Description and Requirements**:
Sustainable Housing seeks an Energy Advisor to perform home energy evaluations for the EnerGuide for Houses Program throughout NS, predominantly in the Valley area.
- Great attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- An ability to work well alone or in a team and take direction
- Good personal skills, communication skills and customer service skills are a necessity as you will be interacting with the public on an ongoing basis.
- Previous experience in the residential building/energy efficiency industry is required (construction, drafting, estimating, etc.).
- Must possess good computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and E-mail is a requirement. Knowledge of energy efficiency software is preferred but is not a requirement.
- Solid time management and flexibility will be imperative for this role.

Remuneration: To be determined based on experience

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
