Residential Supervisor

Living Independently for Equality (LIFE) is looking for a full-time female Residential Supervisor to work in one of our homes.
Applicants are required to have experience working with person's with developmental disabilities brain injury and mental health concerns. Supervisory experience is an asset.
Other requirements would be:
- First Aid/CPR
- Clean criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
- Drivers abstract.
- computer experience.
- HCA and enrolled in the Alberta HCA Directory.
The successful applicant would be responsible for:
- Scheduling and overseeing staff.
- Direct care for individuals which may include aides to daily living, assistance with person hygiene, meal planning/shopping/preparation, medication administration.
- Banking, budgeting, and completion of required financial documentation.
- Support community access for the individuals ensuring quality outings as priority.
- Assisting individuals in making and attending required appointments.
- Ensure required documentation is completed by staff and that it is submitted to the LIFE office monthly or as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Behavioral Support Plans and Individual Service Plans.
- Are expected to be on-call and able to respond as required to their home project.
- Other tasks deemed necessary.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
