You must have multi-tasking skills and be hard working with a good work ethic.

You must have experience with small tools, driving a forklift, or in a manufacturing environment. We will train for the additional heat-treat-specific skills you will require.

You will start with cleaning and packaging, shipping & receiving, and supporting our heat treaters throughout the workplace. As you become familiar with the processes, you will have opportunities to learn the processes, background, and decision making criteria that will allow you to move upwards.

Precision Heat Treat is a custom metal processing company in the industrial manufacturing sector. Heat treating metal parts in large furnaces alters the metal, transforming it to create more desirable characteristics. In manufacturing environments such as this, the safety of our workers is the first and most important goal, and every employee must participate in training as required and follow safe work procedures at all times. Precision is constantly developing and inventing new equipment and new systems to enable each of us to do our jobs better, faster, and more accurately.

Due to the nature of the business, PHT operates around the clock, and so all staff must have availability for shifts outside of regular business hours. We do our best to work out shift times to coordinate employee needs with production requirements. This does require each employee to have access to reliable transportation.

We offer a good remuneration package, including bonuses, overtime potential, and competitive wages. Benefits are available after completion of a 3 month probation period.
