**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Extension Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in customer service and attention to detail will help enhance the beauty and confidence of our clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and lengths of extensions.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and inviting environment for clients.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including tools and equipment.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services.
**Requirements**:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.
- Certification or training in eyelash extensions is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
