Job Responsibilities

**Customer Service and Dispatch**

The primary responsibilities of the role are:

- **Analyze and troubleshoot maintenance and repair requests and dispatch appropriate trades to complete the work where necessary.**_
- **Monitor trade progress and communicate updates to appropriate parties.**_
- **Organize and manage preventative maintenance programs for our portfolio of properties under management.**_
- **Obtain quotes and approvals on required repairs and maintenance.**_
- **Ensure properties are ready for move-in.**_
- **After hours emergency call rotation. **_

Skills and Qualifications

An interest and knowledge of residential construction and maintenance.

Must hold a BC driver’s license in good standing and have strong interpersonal skills (oral and written) to communicate with property owners, tenants, and contractors.

Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel including adequate typing speed.

A minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a dispatch or maintenance role

Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and problem solve.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
