**Job Summary**

The Administrative Clerk role is responsible for general administrative duties to support the Credit Department. This role supports a wide range of functions ranging from processing bank deposits to assisting the Collectors. We are looking for a reliable and dedicated individual with amazing attention to detail and solid work ethic.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum secondary school diploma/GED.
- 1-2 years administrative related experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize duties and multi task.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Key Duties Include**:

- Processing bank deposits.
- Set up of new and edit existing accounts.
- Obtain credit information (via credit references and pulling credit reports).
- Scan documents.
- Supporting various month-end duties.
- Support Collectors by assisting with inquiries.
- Answers phone calls and directs accordingly.
- Sorting of office mail.
- Has a general understanding of the Credit Department and flow of information.
- Adheres to all Company Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Full-time

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
