**Recreation Facility (Arena) Operator** (Casual)**

The City of Martensville has an immediate opening for a **Casual** **Recreation Facility Operator** specifically dedicated to the Martensville Sports Centre Arena.

**GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to the _Facilities Maintenance Supervisor_, this position is responsible for facility and ice maintenance relating to the Martensville Sports Centre Arena.

**HOURS OF WORK**:
In support of the full-time arena staff, hours of work will be variable primarily including Saturdays 6 am to 3 pm, Sundays 3 pm to 10 or 11 pm, and other times backfilling full-time staff absences due to vacation, sick time, etc..

**EDUCATION AND WAGES**:
**Minimum education **required**:Grade 12 diploma or GED

**Wages**:As per the CUPE LOCAL 2582 Collective Agreement:

- Regular Rate: $26.75 / hour
- Shift Differential $2.00 / hour for all hours worked Monday to Friday between 6 pm to 6 am and all weekend hours.
