**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of financial advisors, ensuring they meet performance goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new advisors to grow the team.
- Provide expert guidance on **life insurance products, segregated funds, and wealth management solutions**.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain a high level of professionalism.

**Qualifications**
- **LLQP License** (Life License Qualification Program) required.
- Extensive experience in **life insurance products**; experience with **segregated funds and wealth management** is a plus.
- Prior experience **recruiting and managing advisors** is preferred.
- **Strong verbal and written communication skills**.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Proven track record of leadership, sales performance, and team development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,565.94-$150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
