Toronto, Canada New Era Player Development Full time

New Era Player Development is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated ice hockey college recruitment specialist. Your role will be to recruit athletes with the intent of finding a scholarship suitable for the athlete's abilities.

**Essential Functions**:

- Attend Games, Showcases and Camps to meet with Parents and Athletes
- Create a strong social media presence to showcase current clients and to connect with potential clients.
- Create Highlight videos for your clients each year.
- Assist clients in navigating junior hockey opportunities
- Contact College Ice Hockey Coaches at the Usports, D3, and D1 levels to determine if there is a fit for your clients.
- Assist your clients and their families decide which scholarship offer is in the best interests of the client.

**Requirements**:

- A dedicated work-ethic and a willingness to learn;
- Previous hockey or sales experience is an asset.

New Era Player Development is an industry-changing development company. Instead of creating and athlete profile and hoping coaches find you, we actively advocate on behalf of our clients to college coaches at all levels across North America.

Our mission is to have no athlete slip through the cracks. If they are D1 caliber, we are going to make sure they are playing D1.

**COMPENSATION**

THIS IS A COMMISSION-ONLY POSITION. We truly believe that working in sports is a privilege and are only interested in individuals with the work ethic and confidence to make a career for themselves in this field.

You can expect to earn anywhere between $18,000 to $115,000 USD per year with opportunities for growth within New Era Player Development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18,000.00-$112,500.00 per year
