- Regularly clean and maintain garbage chutes in residential buildings.
- Ensure that all areas are kept neat, tidy, and free of debris.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the property management team.
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed on the properties.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Experience operating a Zamboni or willingness to be trained.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Must have access to a car to travel between different work locations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
