**Sales Representative/ Customer Service**

Cupcake Paradise is hiring for **Sales Representative/ Customer Service**

at our Toronto, ON location. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team and help us continue to make a difference in the lives of our customers. We are looking for an individual that is self-motivated, hard-working, and willing to learn.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to talk to customers
- Ability to take down orders and send invoices
- Knowledge about the product
- Willingness to work in a cupcake shop
- Pro active, willing to take initiative
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including eveing, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive motions
- Must be able to communicate effectively with our customers and help maintain a positive working relationship with all employees and management
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

**Duties**:

- Greet customers when they enter the store, answer any questions about the store or products, and assist them with their purchase.
- Make Bubble tea/ Coffee
- Pack Cupcake Orders
- Take Cake orders
- Check product information against the customer’s list of requirements or the product’s specifications based on the customers’ tastes and needs.
- Assist with returning product stock to the correct location.
- Ensure that all shelves are stocked with products according to store policy.
- Keep the front counter clean and organized. (this includes but is not limited to) removing trash from the counter, floor, and restroom each day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work days:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- sales: 2 years (required)
