**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Patrolling of construction site/s
- Communicate with staff, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
- Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
- Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
- 40-44 Hour work week

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of security guard experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License

**Skills**:

- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during shifts
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and law enforcement personnel
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Drivers (G) License not necessary but nice to have
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 44 hours a week
- Must be at least 20 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (preferred)
