**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, promote our products, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and technology sales to effectively sell items.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
- Support bilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- A passion for technology sales and an eagerness to learn about new products.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
