Holiday Ford Lincoln is searching for an individual who offers exceptional customer service to join our team as a Service Co-ordinator/Customer Service.

Responsibilities include:

- Accepting incoming Ford appointment calls and scheduling appointments accordingly.
- Following up on Ford recalls.
- Scheduling follow up appointments for the technicians (ie. When parts arrive)
- Outbound appointment reminder calls.
- Confirming online appointment bookings.
- Customer database management.
- Cashiering parts and service customers.
- FordPass Rewards database management

Qualifications:

- You should be a customer service superstar.
- Excellent phone etiquette
- A firm understanding of Microsoft programs including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar money handling practices such as processing credit cards and maintaining a balanced till.
