**Customer Success At North Results**

As our members' primary point of contact, you will guide them through our membership programs. You will motivate and encourage customers to reach their goals.

Our Customer Success team works closely with our Support, Marketing, Product and
Development teams to show our customers a more sustainable and scalable way of doing business. We build customer relationships through user onboarding, product training, and strategy creation.

Reports to: Customer Success Lead, Shawna Thompson
Location: Brantford, Ontario. **We are remote-friendly**
Term: Full-time, salary

**What We Need**
We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to support and nurture customer relationships throughout various company projects and processes.

We deeply respect the unique journey each of our customers embarks on when they launch their online business. As a result, we put a lot of care into designing our courses and resources to support them on their entrepreneurial journey.

In this role, you’ll engage with customers to facilitate their ability to grow their online business as they develop their skills and build the membership model into their business.. You'll dive in and work with our clients at every step of their journey - ensuring they have access to the right resources to unlock new ways to boost retention and engage their customers.

By working in a customer-facing role, you’ll serve as a customer advocate within TME Community, championing changes to the product and internal processes that will increase engagement, retention and (you guessed it) customer success.

**Who You Are / What You’ll Do**
While we’re on-line business & tech people, our customers are often just getting started. You don’t need any experience working in SaaS, tech, online business or marketing to excel in this role, just a passion for listening, understanding, and helping.

You’ll use your people skills to tailor each customer’s journey by meeting them wherever they are.

Creative problem-solving skills and thinking outside the box will help you manage expectations and find meaningful solutions to customer challenges.

Your sense of initiative and dealing with ambiguity will help you build confidence as you personalize each customer experience.

An interest in information, research and data will guide you as you work to understand and learn from different insights, feedback and metrics.

Any of the following qualifications can help you succeed in this role but are not required:

- Prior experience in customer support, sales or retention roles
- Proven history of building and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience starting your own business
- Working in a start-up environment

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
