**Job Purpose**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth operations and workflow.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, reports, and spreadsheets using Excel to track site progress and key deliverables.
- Assist with scheduling and logistics, ensuring that site personnel and materials are properly organized.
- Monitor and address site-related concerns to maintain efficiency and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Support client interactions and tenant communications, ensuring inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory compliance on-site.
- Work collaboratively with the project team to support administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Provide status updates and reports to management, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed of site progress.
- Be flexible with site locations within downtown Ottawa based on project needs.

**Working Conditions**
- Working in a construction environment, including active job sites, always requiring adherence to safety protocols.
- On-site presence to oversee activities, address issues, and maintain smooth operations.
- Engaging in regular communication with tenants, contractors, and project managers to provide updates and resolve concerns.
- Managing documentation, scheduling, and reporting using Excel and other software tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs, including occasional extended hours or urgent site matters.
- Navigating various construction environments, including climbing stairs, accessing tight spaces, and walking across active job sites.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements always.
- Handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Being available for urgent site matters or last-minute changes as project demands evolve.
- Flexibility to work at different downtown Ottawa locations based on site assignments and project requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking project data, managing schedules, and generating reports.
- Basic understanding of construction operations and project coordination is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing site-related challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring effective coordination between all stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism and presentability, with the ability to interact with clients and tenants in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Flexibility to work at various downtown Ottawa locations based on project requirements.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
