Manoir Royal St-Eustache, a warm private residence for seniors, has an opportunity to fill a Housekeeping Attendant (experience not required) to fill a permanent part-time position Working in residence is more than a job, it's a life experience. It is the possibility of being recognized, valued, of participating in the continuous improvement of the service and of making a significant difference in the daily life of the elderly We are looking for someone available approximately 16 hours a week. Meals provided on site free of charge.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Administration**:

- Perform other related duties

**Construction**:

- Change light bulbs in the common areas
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
- Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
- Keep the work environment clean
- Taking out the trash

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in managing activities related to older people (an asset)
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
