The Corporate Manager will lead the team and restaurant to success. This will encompass the daily operations of the restaurant up to and including, staff management, team member training, FOH operations, BOH operations and daily financials and product ordering. There are other opportunities for growth once standard operating excellence has been maintained. This is the original flagship location that started it all, where we train all future Score Pizza franchisees. Accountabilities:

- Ensure the proper and safe operation of the restaurant
- Ensure guests receive 100% satisfaction of experience and food quality
- Ensure all team members are following all company rules, regulations and protocols
- Manage scheduling, daily labor and food cost
- Ensure the completion and accuracy of weekly financial reports and monthly inventory
- Report to the Operations Director

Daily Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper opening and closing of the restaurant
- Inspect product quality with daily line checks
- Ensure 100% guest engagement from team members and yourself
- Complete multiple team member check-ins throughout shift
- Complete daily financials including balancing of tills and bank deposits
- Complete food, alcohol and other product orders
- Engage with your community
- Assist with marketing and promotions

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of management experience
- Valid First Aid certification
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Valid Smart Serve Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
- A leader and a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
