**Responsibilities**:

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to a sparkling finish using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
- Thoroughly remove dirt, dust, and grime from windowsills and frames, ensuring a pristine appearance.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures when working at heights, utilizing ladders, scaffolding, or other equipment as needed.
- Replace and inspect screens, reporting any damages or defects to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.

**Skills**:

- While previous experience as a window cleaner is preferred, it is not required. We provide comprehensive training for all team members.
- Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results every time.
- Strong physical stamina and the capability to lift heavy equipment or materials.
- Excellent time management and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

**Additional Information**:

- Full-time position with a 4-day work week from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
- Convenient team meetings held daily at our office located at 3005 de Baene, Saint-Laurent.
- Work site environments may include heights, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety with criminal record and driver's license validity checks.

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
