**What You'll Be Doing**:
You’ll play an important role in helping us provide top-notch service to our customers, including:

- **Window Cleaning**: Using specialized tools to clean windows on both residential and commercial properties.
- **Gutter Cleaning**: Clearing gutters of debris, leaves, and dirt to ensure the water flows freely.
- **Christmas Light Installations**: Helping customers get their homes and businesses ready for the holidays with festive decorations and lights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Quality Work**: Clean windows and gutters to a high standard, keeping our customers happy and coming back.
- **Safety First**: You’ll follow safety guidelines, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe and clean work environment at all times.
- **Customer Service**: You’ll interact with customers with respect and professionalism, answering their questions and making their day easier.
- **Teamwork**: You’ll work with your team to get the job done efficiently and share your knowledge with others.
- **Take Initiative**: Look for opportunities to improve, and take ownership of your work.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning (window or gutter) is a plus, but not required—attitude matters most
- Ability to work at heights and handle different weather conditions.
- Physical stamina for lifting equipment and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Work Environment**:

- This is an outdoor position, so be ready to work in all kinds of weather—from sunshine to rain, heat to wind.
- You’ll be using specialized equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, and pressure washers, and might do some lifting.
- The job requires physical activity, including climbing and standing for extended periods.

**Ready to Join Us?**

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Tips

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
