**Insurance Broker Required**

Tom Agencies Ltd. Is a rural Insurance Broker in business since 1984 with locations in Beechy, Dinsmore and Lucky Lake, Sk.

The successful applicant will be energetic and self-motivated with a passion for excellent customer service, and willing to continue to learn and grow with the company.
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
- Manage Walk-in queries, sales and up-selling of products to new and existing clients
- Follow-up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Remain up-to-date on product knowledge & build relationships with insurance providers
- Continue self-development though industry training and other courses
- Generate leads though community involvement and events
- Knowledge of each Insurance Company products, endorsements, Packages and Payment Plans
- Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business
- Learn our Broker Management System

**Job Qualifications**

- Possess Strong interpersonal Skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Criminal Record Check Required

**Education Required**
- Grade 12 or Better
- 1-2 years customer service experience in an office setting

**Compensation Package**

Competitive wage (depending on experience) plus commission
