**The Opportunity**

**The Ins and Outs of the Job**

Reporting to the Paint Lead Hand, you will:

- Operate all coating equipment
- including guns, hoppers & booth collection systems as per machine operating guidelines
- Ensure that all components are produced / coated efficiently and are consistent with the customers quality specifications
- Accurately / honestly and in a timely manner reports all manufactured quantities for both good parts to your supervisor
- Work according to the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulation 851 - Industrial Establishments.
- Wear all Personal Protective Equipment in the manner in which it is prescribed.
- Observe and comply with all Company Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Perform all duties with careful consideration to safeguard your health and safety, and that of others.

**Who You Are**

Your education and career path are likely to have culminated in:

- A high school diploma
- 2 or more years of powder coating experience (electrostatic painting)
- An impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to read drawings and work instructions (alpha and numeric)
- Great people and communication skills - we’re a diverse workforce
