We are looking for part-time Maintenance workers to maintain and upkeep the exteriors of shopping malls.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Remove graffiti, stickers, gum, and other stains
- Empty and wash ashtrays
- Empty, clean and disinfect waste containers, and change bags as needed
- Clean/Polish stainless steel, contact surfaces
- Remove all debris, cigarette butts, rubbish in parking lot and bedside gardens
- Wipe off all garbage containers and car charging stations
- Blow out and remove leaves form all entrances and sidewalks

**Qualifications**
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment
- Ability to work safely in and around busy streets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
