QA Automation Analyst

BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for a **QA Automation Analyst** to join our team

**Who we’re looking for**

Reporting to the QA Team Lead, the QA Automation Analyst will be responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Work across cross-functional teams and clients to define and execute test plans
- Testing including visual UI and copy
- Assist with the creation of both automated and manual test cases as new features are being developed
- Document issues and suggest improvements on features and processes
- Identify opportunities for innovation and client value-add

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of proven experience in test automation and experience with Cypress
- Working experience using defect tracking systems such as JIRA
- Passion for product quality and a positive user experience
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, best practices, and software development life cycle
- Ability to learn quickly and manage priorities in a fast-paced development environment
- Highly driven and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities, while staying ahead on QA technologies and methodologies
- Good oral and written communication skills, specifically writing detailed tickets and communicating QA findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Accessibility Testing
- Experience with Cypress in building reusable automation scripts

**Nice to have**
- Experience with Selenium
- Experience in an agency, consultancy, or startup environment
