Job Overview:
We are private Montessori school seeking a dedicated ECE III (Early Childhood Educator Level III) to join our team. As an ECE III, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and education to young children.

Knowledge of the Montessori Method is an asset but not required. Montessori training can be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in a classroom setting
- Provide nurturing care to children while promoting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that supports learning and exploration
- Collaborate with other educators and parents to ensure the well-being of each child
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid ECE III certification valid in Manitoba
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to educate and engage young children effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Classroom management expertise
- Caregiving experience with young children
- Demonstrated ability to educate and inspire children in an early childhood environment
