About Us:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to lead the way for our civil division at Save on Blacktop.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead crews on civil construction projects (excavation, grading, underground utilities, concrete work, etc.)
- Coordinate daily site activities, materials, and equipment
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate project records and reports

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong understanding of civil site work and construction practices
- Ability to read plans, grades, and interpret job specs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 an asset)
- CSTS, First Aid, or other safety certifications are a bonus

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
