The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is looking for a full-time **Helper** to join our team This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, community-focused environment while contributing to a sustainable cause.

**About the Role**: As a **Helper**, you’ll be assisting with:

- Swamping alongside our drivers to pick up IT equipment from client sites.
- Loading and unloading a variety of materials safely and efficiently.
- Sorting and organizing equipment in our warehouse.
- Supporting general warehouse operations.

No two days are the same—expect a diverse and engaging workday

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A reliable and hardworking individual with a positive, team-first attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Physically capable of handling equipment and warehouse tasks.
- Experience in moving, warehousing, or general labor is an asset, but not required.

**Position Details**:

- **$21/hour** starting wage.
- Full-time, permanent position (42.5 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
- Full benefits available after 6 months.
