We are currently hiring a full time **Return to Work Specialist**to support our team in **Toronto.**The Return to Work Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting employees in their recovery and reintegration into the workforce. This position involves collaborating with employees, healthcare professionals, and management to design and implement tailored return-to-work plans that ensure a safe and effective transition back to pre-injury roles.

- Design and implement customized return-to-work plans for employees recovering from injury or illness
- Collaborate with medical professionals, HR, and management to ensure smooth reintegration and WSIB claims management
- Conduct on-site visits and provide guidance on injury prevention and safe work practices
- Monitor and assess return-to-work plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure employee success and workplace safety
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular detailed reports to management on KPIs and metrics
- Act as a resource for educational training on body mechanics and safe work practices

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario in good standing (or equivalent)
- Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP)
- 2 - 3 years experience in return to work or disability case management
- Strong knowledge of injury management, rehabilitation processes, and return-to-work strategies
- Experience conducting workplace incident investigations
