Reporting to the Senior OHS Advisor and the Director of Human Resources, the Prevention Management Officer develops and drafts occupational health and safety prevention and hygiene programs, and submits them to his/her immediate superior and to the consultative and decision-making process, if required. Participates in their implementation once adopted. Develops management procedures and tools, and conducts various prevention-related studies. Coordinates the activities underlying the prevention program. Participates in the development of prevention management indicators. Advises managers.
In general, he/she contributes to the promotion of prevention, and to the correction and management of workplace risks in order to minimize them and reduce their impact. He also fills in for the Senior OHS Advisor during his absence.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in HR, OHS, Industrial Relations or related administrative field combined with 3 years' experience in prevention or OHS, OR

Bachelor in a relevant health field: nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, kinesiology; including OHS certificate, combined with 3 years' experience in OHS or prevention.

**Conditions and benefits**
35 hours per week
Hourly wage between $26.66 and $45.70
Group insurance
Temporary full-time position for 1 year with possibility of extension
