Wage range is $58,032.00 to $60,528.00 per year, plus bonus. Wages scaled based on education and/or experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to HVAC clients and internal staff
- Determine customer needs, research products and troubleshoot the issue
- Co-ordinate customer requirements, deadlines and concerns with colleagues and vendors
- Support, promote and attend vendor events
- Contribute to driving sales
- Stay informed on new products and services
- Solutions driven

**Essential**:

- Completion of Grade 12 is required.
- 2-3 years knowledge and experience in HVAC industry and systems is required.
- Engineering Degree or Trade School Certification in HVAC, or related field is considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication in English - oral, written and read.
- Basic math skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work well with others and independently.
- Great time management skills.

Pay: $58,032.00-$60,528.00 per year
