**Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent - Best Western Brantford**

Location: Brantford, Ontario

**Job Type**: Part-Time / Full-Time

**Salary**: $17.72/hour plus overnight shift premium

**Job Summary**

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in both independent and team settings, and has strong attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide friendly and efficient check-in/check-out service to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and room assignments
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and prepare end-of-day reports
- Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety during overnight hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with shift transitions and relay important guest or operational notes

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles preferred
- Experience with Visual Matrix PMS considered a strong asset
- Experience working at a Best Western branded property is an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts and collaboratively during daytime operations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
