- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, our legendary fitting process, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
- Engage with each customer to create an authentic brand experience.
- Measure and fit every customer properly.
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
- Enter customer information and sales into Point of Sales system, process payments & returns, balance cash drawer and daily reporting.
- Maintain knowledge of product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications of all lines, merchandising and marketing efforts, and promote community engagement.
- Provide shoe cleaning and conditioning service, minor repairs and coordinate warranty work with local partners.
- Dependability and flexibility with scheduled work shifts including weekend.
- Adhere and execute all store policies, procedures and practices as outlined by Store Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service and retail selling experience required.
- Passionate about footwear
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, and 0-2 years related experience/training.
- Motivated, confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
- Takes initiative to learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge on product.
- High energy, enthusiasm and motivated demeanor.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, holidays and a changing schedule.
- Is a future leader and mentor
- Retail footwear and/or wholesale experience preferred.
- Computer experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and Point of Sales systems.

**Physical Demands**
- Lifting 50 pounds
- Climbing a ladder
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required
- Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
- Store maintenance duties including but not limited to setting up and maintaining displays, dusting displays, vacuuming, mopping floors, and washing windows.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-25 per week

**Salary**: From $15.65 per hour

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
