**Responsibilities**:

- Install various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and tile, following established guidelines and industry best practices._
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific areas, ensuring precise and accurate installation._
- Prepare surfaces for installation, including leveling, cleaning, and removing old flooring or debris as necessary._
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate tools and equipment to complete installations efficiently._
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers regarding flooring and tile options, colors, patterns, and maintenance._
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion._
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, leaving the customer's space in excellent condition upon project completion._
- Continuously update knowledge of new materials, techniques, and industry trends to deliver the highest quality workmanship._

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in flooring and tile installation.

Proficiency in installing various flooring materials, such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and tile.

Extensive knowledge of surface preparation techniques, including leveling, cleaning, and removal of old flooring.

Ability to read and interpret floor plans, blueprints, and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering precise and high-quality work.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different project requirements.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.

Compensation based on experience.
