**What You’ll Be Doing Every Day**:

- Confidently manage student leads and respond to inquiries
- Guide and inspire qualified students to enroll in suitable programs
- Lead prospective students through the admissions and registration process
- Conduct engaging tours for all prospective students
- Maintain the confidentiality of student information
- Lead by example in meeting/exceeding monthly goals and targets
- Book daily appointments for tours
- Create enrollment contracts for diplomas, certificates, and workshops
- Create welcome letters and student enrollment letters for diplomas

**Your Experience**:

- 2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Proven ability to lead and inspire others
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Engaging telephone skills and professional demeanour
- Strong ability to build rapport on the phone and in person
- Confidence in guiding students toward success
- Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently and with a team
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- High standards of ethics and integrity

**A few other things we’ll expect from you**:

- Comfortable with a 100% in-person working model
- Completion of secondary school
- An aesthetics background is recommended

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
