About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Operator to oversee daily exterior upkeep of our managed properties. This position focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming building exteriors, ensuring our sites always look professional and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities

Perform morning exterior cleaning routines across assigned buildings.

Operate leaf blowers and other equipment to clear debris from walkways, entryways, and surrounding grounds.

Remove and properly dispose of garbage, litter, and debris from exterior areas.

Wipe down and clean windows, glass doors, signage, and exterior ledges to maintain a polished appearance.

Inspect building exteriors for cleanliness and report any maintenance concerns.

Support occasional light maintenance or seasonal duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in building operations, janitorial, or exterior maintenance is an asset.

Comfortable using powered cleaning tools (e.g., blowers).

Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

Physically fit to handle outdoor cleaning and light lifting.

Schedule & Compensation

Shift: Morning shifts (early start to ensure exteriors are clean before peak traffic).

Employment Type: [Full-time / Part-time - choose one]

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
