**Collections Specialist, 6 month term - Regina; Competition-MLTA-REG-202411-065**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining an efficient electronic file system, with strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Organizing and prioritizing numerous tasks and completing them under time constraints
- Making outbound collection calls in an efficient and professional manner while remaining composed when dealing with a diverse group of people and situations
- Performing complex editing and formatting for correspondence and documents
- Following instructions from a diverse group of clients, lawyers and staff

**Qualifications include**:

- Two to three years of experience preferred in the collections practice area
- Software program knowledge in: FCT Default Solutions/Collect Link, Collection Highway, Techcom, Aderant, MS Planner, MS Word, Excel and document software management are an asset
- Strong communicator with problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Ability to follow the instructions from a diverse group of clients, lawyers and staff
