**Group sales agent** to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the
**Group sales supervisor **and will be located in
**Montreal**
**, Qc**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Respond to incoming calls and assist with product and service inquiries
- Up sell and cross-sell on each call, using the key product and promotional information provided
- Sell optional extras such as group seating, Elite Plus, excursions, gift certificates and insurance
- Fill-in for Group Sales Representative absences as directed by Supervisor
- Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training
- Other duties as assigned

**What You’ll Need**:

- Up to 1-year in customer service or related experience
- Excellent communication skills and enjoys working directly with customers
- Detail-oriented, organized and capable of multi-tasking
- Demonstrates initiative with problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible, reliable & prioritize workload
- Knowledge of Soft Voyage TTS is an asset.
- OPC certification is required.
