**Salary**:$ 34.07 CAD / hour

**Duties**:

- Conduct live games for online players in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Interact with players in a professional and friendly manner, while providing them with excellent customer service
- Deal cards, spin a wheel, announce various winning bets as well as card shuffling
- Perform Floor Supervisor responsibility on a rotating basis
- Quick and accurate handling of cards and other gaming equipment
- Follow strict security procedures and protocols to ensure the integrity of the games
- Assist players with the rules of game and effectively answer any questions related to winnings, or other concerns
- Escalate any disputes accordingly to the company’s policies in an efficient and timely manner
- Attend training sessions and stay up to date with new games and industry trends
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Determine winners or announce winning numbers
- Calculate and pay out winning bets and jackpots, collect losing bets and maintain related reports
- Explain rules of games to patrons and ensure that rules are followed

**Requirements**:**
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Training is provided on site and with start of employment
- Security clearance is required for all casino workers
- Indonesian language proficiency required
