As an Integrated Operations Scheduler**,** you will be accountable for the continuous improvement of the Integrated Operations Scheduling team's performance, through the effective use of established processes and procedures. You will also be accountable for the scheduling of all planned work for the Totten Mine operations. Additionally, in this position, you will: - Work Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift. - Be a key member of the Integrated Operations Scheduling team to develop the mine (0-12 weeks) schedule for all operations (including production, fill, and shotcrete) utilizing resources. - Liaison with the daily shift scheduler on the mine schedule and priorities and work with the operations planner closely to schedule required work. - Coordinate and facilitate all required planning/scheduling routines. Contribute to and provide priority work by coordinating and scheduling all interactions based on priorities across departments (operations, maintenance, logistics, etc.). - Identify and escalate all critical issues that threaten the successful execution of the "work schedule". - Monitor KPIs and actively strive toward plant targets.
