Studio One Architecture (SOA) is a Vancouver based, well-established, medium-sized firm providing architectural, urban planning and interior design services. We work on a wide range of project types that include airport/transportation, multi-family residential, commercial, mixed-use, recreational, industrial and hospitality developments. Our design philosophy focuses on project individuality, honesty and quality.

We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. We offer a friendly, collaborative office environment and support the growth of our staff. Our goal is to nurture a long-term relationship with our team members.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Architecture or graduate of a recognized technical college.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience performing contract administration for various projects.
- Experience with projects of different scopes and construction types.
- Experience conducting site visits, preparing field review reports, reviewing shop drawings, change orders, contemplated change orders, certificates of payment, responding to RFI’s, attending site meetings and resolving conflicts between the different stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Thorough understanding of BC Building Code and Vancouver Building Bylaw
- Thorough knowledge of building envelope details.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office Suite

**Salary**: $16.00-$54.00 per hour
