- About the Job_

The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead plays a critical role in driving the business forecasting and planning processes across a 36-month horizon. This role ensures alignment between Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and other key functions to deliver on top-line and bottom-line targets. The IBP Lead is responsible for leading the monthly IBP meetings, facilitating strategic decision-making at the country level, and championing the evolution of the IBP process in Canada.
- Main Responsibilities:_
- IBP Process Leadership
- Champion the evolution and maturity of the local IBP process, ensuring best-in-class practices.
- Ensure adherence to the full IBP cycle: portfolio management, demand review, supply review, integrated reconciliation, and MBR.
- Clearly define and enforce roles and accountabilities across all stakeholders.
- Forecast Management
- Lead the monthly update of the consensus forecast and forecast enrichments in Kinaxis, incorporating inputs from Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Collaborate closely with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) to advance zero-touch forecasting capabilities. Act as a local champion for digital forecasting transformation by providing feedback to global teams, and ensuring successful adoption at the market level.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reports.
- Strategic & Operational Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure consistency and alignment of valorized numbers.
- Facilitate medium
- and long-term business and operations planning (36-month horizon).
- Identify and assess risks and opportunities across functions; propose mitigation plans and drive resolution.
- Performance Management
- Drive continuous improvement in key metrics such as service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory, and obsolescence.
- Track and report on KPIs; provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Communication & Governance
- Prepare and distribute IBP meeting minutes and slide decks; ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Facilitate effective communication across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality teams.
- About You:_
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, business planning, or operations within CPG, Food, or OTC manufacturing.
- Proven experience leading or participating in S&OP/IBP processes.
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis is required.
- Experience with dashboards, and performance tracking systems is desired.
- Deep understanding of S&OP/IBP frameworks and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and drive decisions from data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence across functions and levels.
- Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Skilled in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations.
