Our services include sparkling window cleaning (inside & out), thorough frame and sill detailing, gutter cleaning to prevent clogs and water damage, and powerful pressure washing for driveways, siding, patios, and more. Whether it's routine maintenance or deep cleaning, we’re here to keep your home looking its best — streak-free, debris-free, and hassle-free.

**Summary**

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Crystal Clear. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in Canada. Your contributions will be vital in promoting our high-quality services.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to promote and sell Crystal Clear’s window cleaning and exterior maintenance services.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers to build trust and encourage repeat business.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our cleaning services, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing.
- Accurately assess customer needs and provide tailored service recommendations.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Track and report customer interactions, sales leads, and conversion data.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation for quality and reliability.
- Stay informed on service offerings, promotions, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in direct sales, customer service, or a related field (door-to-door experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Physically able to walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with SalesRabbit or similar CRM software is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $1.00-$10,000.00 per month

- Commission pay
- Tips

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
