Our Desjardins Insurance office is rapidly growing and we are in need of an energetic professional to join our team.
The position entails:
- Providing world-class customer service to our clients who call or walk in-Answering the telephone.
- Setting appointments, for licensed insurance representatives.
- Outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Accept premium payments.
Qualifications:
- Customer service oriented
- Excels in a team environment
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Other languages are an asset but not a requirement
- Attention to Detail
- Emotionally engaging with people and able to build trust and exude confidence.
