Our operational hours currently are from Monday to Saturday. You must be willing to work a 5-day work week to include evening hours along with weekend availability.

Hourly wage commensurate with experience.

Knowledge of Tracker software is ideal, and we also use a patient management system known as RecallMax to assist with patient communications (willing to train, but some tech savvy skills would be very helpful).

You must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an Ontario general dental office as a **Treatment Coordinator**, this is an absolute requirement. Previous experience with presenting treatment in an oral surgery setting, offering multiple sedation options including general anesthesia, would be considered an added bonus.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week

- Dental office experience: 2 years (required)
- Treatment Coordinating: 2 years (required)
