**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist mortgage brokers in inputting deals with clear writing skills that demonstrate deal rationale, underwriting criteria, risk analysis, borrower profiles, terms, and market context.
- Research and document mortgage deals—such as home loans, commercial property mortgages and refinance deals

**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is required
- 2+ years of experience in case writing, real estate finance, mortgage underwriting/ banking experience
- Good understanding of credit, mortgage structures, risk assessment, amortization, and regulatory requirements as well as familiarity with mortgage documentation.
- Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage tasks as this is a very busy and deadline based job environment.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
- Bank experience is a very strong asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
