**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform service calls for fire sprinkler systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes.
  • Perform and document **weekly fire pump runs**.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and clearly communicate inspection and service findings.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed using mobile or paper-based systems.
  • Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions to ensure full code compliance.
  • Coordinate with the office and dispatch teams for scheduling and reporting.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively across multiple job sites.
  • Take part in a On-Call rotation.

**Qualifications**

  • Journeyman Fire Sprinkler Fitter Ticket
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA 25 inspection standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
