We are seeking a highly skilled full time crew associate to join our team at Kajun Chicken & Seafood Barrie.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
- Exceptional Customer service skills - able to satisfy and exceed guest expectation
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in the kitchen and restaurant
- Must work well within a restaurant team culture.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have a strong initiative.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude.
- You must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Past Industry Experience that would translate to success in this role: Crew Member, Customer service, Fast Food, New store opening, back of house, Cashier, Prep Food, First Job, Flexible Hours.

For your success, you will receive certified training from Kajun head office which will allow you to carry out tasks under Kajun Standards & Procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
